The submitted proposals represent a major investment in Phoenix Academy, delivering outstanding new educational facilities alongside new homes that will help fund the long-term future of the school.
The vision is to create a site that reflects the school’s outstanding reputation by providing modern, sustainable and inspiring spaces for learning, sport, creativity and wellbeing.

Finding a bespoke development solution through collaboration with the local authority, Department for Education and the private sector.
